Fast and slow



















Both seen and used in Japan.

The Shinkansen high speed train reaches 300 km/h (190 mph). Zooooooommmmmmm!

The other picture is a small alley way in Kyoto, found during our quest for vegetarian food.

    Enjoying your travel photos and site :) Nice respite from all that's going on here. Makes me really want to visit Japan again and bring my family -- when the kids are older, of course. Hope you're having a wonderful time!
